A Colorado native, Steven found himself in the restaurant industry by chance when a friend offered him a job as a busser to earn some extra cash. Immediately Waters knew that the hospitality industry was something he would transform into a career. Helping open and working at some of Denver’s best restaurants allowed Waters to gain an invaluable amount of experience. With over a decade in restaurants Waters parlayed that experience into becoming a hospitality consultant and eventually into being a restaurateur and entrepreneur. Waters founded Soigne Holdings, which specializes in hospitality consulting and development. In addition to consulting Waters is currently opening his second bar as owner; Run For The Roses.
